In this article I’d like to share with you 7 great ways on how to live a positive life.
Living positively starts with your thinking and the meaning you’re giving to the events.
Also, being positive is a choice and not a genes or a luck factor. In fact, a lot of people abstain good light to enter their life by making some excuses like: happiness is not from me, or it’s very hard, there is no way of change.
I want you to know that these things you’re telling yourself are just story that your mind is creating to keep safe and comfortable.

Change is possible. You can live a happy and incredible life if you look for it. You can’t find something that you don’t look for.
There is no such thing that happiness or positivity is laying somewhere waiting for you, but it’s your duty to make the necessary effort to generate it.
One last key element before we jump into the 7 ways on how to live a positive life, you need to know that being positive does take effort, commitment and daily improvement on yourself.
1.Live in the present moment
Training your brain to focus in the present moment is key to start rejoicing the good things around you.
By default, our brain is a busy bio-machine distracting us by all sort of thoughts and most of them are negative.
The key then is mindfulness. Mindfulness is when you’re in a state heightened consciousness, and being fully aware in the present moment.
2.Implement new empowering routines
One of the things that makes people directionless and bored about their lives is because they’re caged in their old habits, and afraid the adventure in new paths.
To get out from your comfort zone is to start simple, new and empowering routines.
When you do so you’re breaking your old patterns of thinking, and creating new ones which will make alive and happy to again.

3.Embrace your fears and doubts
One thing that really stuck us living a limited existence is fear, doubts and limiting beliefs.
You can’t live a positive life by buying into your fears. So you need to break free from all the poisons in your mind, to find your spark in life.
Everyone has fear, and doubts. But the difference between people who are living their life to the max, and people who are rattled in their limitations, is they acted despite of fear be developing the habit of courage.
4.Nurture a positive attitude
Our brain is not designed to make us happy. Its whole purpose is survival and safety.
But our brain is malleable, and we can train it to notice the good in our life.
Positive thinking starts by the meaning we give to all the events whether they’re good or bad.
It starts by your ability to raise above your narrowed thinking that your life is dictated by your circumstances, and stop being a victim.
And know that being positive and happy is a choice by taking action on it, and putting your focus that are working in your life.

5.Being grateful for what you have
That’s the killer. If you want you a strong, positive, and happy life, the key is to build a habit of gratitude.
Gratitude is the foundation of a positive and fulfilling life. You need to show love towards what you already have, so you can get more.
In today’s world, there’s so attachment to the materialistic things and lot of people buy into the illusion that they will make them happy, but the end of day they get none of that.
I brought this up because I want to you know nothing externally will complete you.
There are a lot of things to be grateful for, and you your job is to find them.
Start by writing down 3 things you’re grateful for in journal, first thing in the morning, or before you go to bad.

6.Compare yourself to yourself
If someone came to me, and ask me this question: “Why most people don’t believe in themselves?” I would answer him is because they are constantly comparing themselves to other.
Comparing yourself to others will create those nagging emotions that you’re not good enough, or not dot deserving to your own call, and that will make more stressful and anxious.
If you want to leave a positive and enticing life, compare your current self to where you were, that’s only you can control, and this will give you a sense of freedom, and completion.
7.Cultivate a growth mindset
If you’re not growing you’re dying. The best motivating factor in life is progress by learning and developing yourself.
To feel vibrant and energetic you must grow and stretch your mind by learning new skills and instructional information that will spur you forward down the river of life.
I believe fervently that we are put here in the beautiful planet to create, innovate, and that’s the only thing that will give the sense of aliveness which is the root of happiness and joy.
These are favorite 7 ways on how to live a positive life.
Always remember happiness is by product of how many people you made happy. The more good things you put out there, the more you’ll receive of it.
And also start very small. Focus on one habit at a time, master it, and move on to the next on.
The key to success and happy life is doing half dozen things, one thousand times, and not doing 1000 things half dozen times.
