In this article blog post, I’d like to share how to make a positive change especially when you’re you going through a hard time, and we get stuck in this emotional turmoil that literally is darkening your life.
Life is uncertain and challenging at the same time. We have to admit that life isn’t a straight road either. There are a lot of ups and down that causes us living a unfulfilling life if we don’t know how to deal with.
Let’s pick setting goals for example. There a lot of talks about goals achievement going on in the web, because of their importance to have a clear idea where we want to go which relatively help us to manifest our desire and dreams. Awesome!
But the problem is most people lose track of their goals because they don’t know how to handle this pressure that they get with things go wrong, or when they hit a roadblock, so they get stressed, overwhelmed. As result of that they start self-oppressing themselves with destructive thoughts, which yield to a low self-esteem.
At this point, we lose our spark, and everything seems like a burden. Unhappiness, lack of confidence, sadness, negative thoughts, all of this lead us living to literally a crappy existence.
Don’t be afraid. Anything has a fix. I’ve there too (That’s why I’m so passionate about self-growth). I’ve been in this dark place where everything seems like a hell.
I’m telling you, if you’re experiencing some those symptoms, I want comfort you that what you’re going through will be history, and we’re going to delve together into powerful tips to help transcend that and get back your positive energy.
Accept that change is possible.
But first you got to accept the fact that change is necessary. We tend to resist change because it’s scary and frightening, but it’s one of the ultimate law of life.
Everything around you is in movement. The universe is changing, the earth is changing, the world changing, and without change life would be worthless.
The people who succeeded in life are the ones who are open to change, because they are operating at a high level of awareness.
So awareness is an intangible factor that you need to level up and cultivate to start questioning your decisions, and mainly what’s making you upset and overwhelmed.
Most people are living in auto pilot mode, conforming to others expectations, living a limiting life because they’re consciousness is simply low.
How you can know that things are completely going downhill, if you’re not aware enough. It seems obvious, but many of us make this mistakes when it comes to making a positive change, and look for new pathways to entice their life and make it brighter.

How to create a lasting positive change?
One of the reason why people don’t make a positive change because there’s no desire behind. It has to be some sort of keen need why do I make this change?
Change can occur from both sides: Pain or pleasure. But usually most of people make a change due to a painful experience or something that brought them a lot of pain in their lives.
Pain can be a powerful motivator to transform your life and make it better. I realized the pain is some kind of fuel that pulls me to work daily in myself, or to work in my business even if sometimes I don’t feel like.
I’m always recalling myself the pain of regret that will endure for the rest of my life if I don’t achieve my aims. It’s better to suffer a little while going through the pain of discipline rather than the pain of regret. As Jim Rohn said:
There are two types of pain you will go through in life, the pain of discipline and the pain of regret. Discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tonnes.
You can drive positive changes in your life to experience some pleasurable things in your life.
It could be financial freedom, it could be house, or it could be a fancy car. What it’s look like? what’s feel like?
Simulating the emotions that will get by achieving your desires it’s the drive force to bring things quickly in your life, whether are positive or negative. Use your emotions in our advantage to accelerate your progress.
Easy steps to make a positive change
How to put that into action. In order term, how can I really make a positive change happening in my life regardless of the circumstances that I’m going through?
Step #1: Ignore your fears
The better way is to write your fears down. The act of writing will bring more clarity of the limitations that are holding you back.
You need to dig deeper in your thoughts to know what’s actually scares you to take action.

Step #2: Break the rules
Once you discovered what’s putting you down from achieving your desires, now it’s time to break them.
One of the things that helped me to take over my fears is to repeat positive statements first thing in the morning.
A morning ritual can be great way to instill some positive affirmations in your mind after you wake up. It’s the best time to blow up your subconscious mind.
Beside that you need to know how to deal with external rules, meaning, the limitations or rejections that come from our family, friends, co-workers wanting you to conform to their caged conception of life.
Step #3: Challenge yourself
The key to success is challenge yourself to go for things you want, and surmount all the obstacles.
As I said the first wall that will hit is your thoughts. Conquering your thoughts can be really nerve-racking especially in the beginning.
I would recommend first by doing some meditation exercises to cope with your inner critic, and your nagging thoughts.
