5 ways to start living your purpose in life
1.Decide what you want
The only person that is in charge to finding his purpose in life is YOU.
The reason why I brought this out is because there are a lot of people have this misconception that a purpose comes by luck or something like that.
A purpose spawns by deciding what you want out of life and developing an actionable plan that will lead you to the final destination.
In order to spark some answers, you need to ask clear questions. To help you with the process, grab a pen and piece of paper and write these questions out:
- What are the activities that I enjoy doing?
- What are my interests?
The purpose of these questions is to make sure that you purpose relies on something you love doing, and from that you can turn into a profit.
2.Trust your heart
You might have some doubts and limiting beliefs or felling uncomfortable, don’t fight that, it’s normal.
Because whenever you try to do new something new, your mind will come up with all reasons that it’s impossible.
Rationalizing things will not be going to spawn the answers you’re looking for. Instead use your heart feeling, because your mind it’s stupid when it comes to finding your purpose in life.
You need to trust your intuition. Ask your hearth and not your mind to find the right answers
Visualization is an incredible faculty that you need to tap into to find your purpose in life. It’s kind of a dream accelerator, and this where your brain is powerful.
The reason why I said your brain is stupid, is because doesn’t distinguish between the real and what’s not.
So when you generate new pictures in your mind and use your senses, it acts as if they are real, and start to come up with new set actions that will spur you to achieve your goals afterwards.
4.Write your purpose and set goals
Another thing you can do is to write your vision down. You need to tap into your creative mind, and design what’s your future going to look like.
The clear your vision is the better. Take your time and write down all the things that you want to happen in your life.
When you’re writing your purpose statement, you need to tap into all area of your life, and not just tie it to the money.
While you’re writing your purpose statement, don’t buy into your limiting beliefs, or any doubts.

Taking action and set goals might be intimidating because you don’t know where to start.
In this case, all need to do is start small. The smart way of doing thing, is to chunk your goals into small, and attainable goals.
Just do something that doesn’t require any brain power or any motivation. The main goal is to build momentum, that’s the only force that are going to take you to your destination.
Write down 3 things in a to-do-list, something that it’s very easy to do. After you achieve any task knock it off. Keep doing this for 10 or 15 days straight.
Once the momentum is established, and you got into the habit, then you can do something a bit difficult.
Always raise the difficulty of your goals, after you established momentum because if don’t, it’s going to require a huge willpower to tackle your takes and get things done.
Finding your purpose takes a little bit time. Introspect yourself, be honest, and more importantly know what you’re great at.
