1.Give away some money 

One of the simple way to cultivate an abundance mindset and also to warm your heart, is to give away some money to baggers in the street.

You don’t have to give a big amount to active the “good-feeling” hormone, just 1$ can do its job.

What matters the most is the habit of giving away money not the amount.

This small exercise also will prevent you from holding on to the materialistic stuff, which is one biggest mental diseases that a lot of people suffer from in today’s age.

2.Express gratitude at meals

Expressing gratitude at meals or any food you’re about to eat is by far one the greatest ways to boost your happiness level.

Many people out there especially in poor countries are starving for food, and the statistics show that 795 millions of people don’t have enough food to be able to make their body operates at its normal capacity.

Before you start eating, say a simple “Thank you”, and remember how you’re blessed having this food in front of you, because most people don’t have it.

I know how hard it is to start a new habit, but no worry, here’s how you can do it:

-Step1: Have a diary, or a little notebook and put it next to your bed. What that does, it’s going to remind you of writing your blessings.

Always use triggers to initiate any new habit you want to cultivate, and avoid using your brain power because it’s very limited, and it’s useless to build something for the long term.

-Step2: Start very small. Instead of writing 10 items in your diary, just start by one. Don’t overwhelm yourself in the beginning, because your brain is not comfortable yet with it.

Is one my favorite hacks that I use to interfere my brain’s traps to get out of the game, because you’ll have some resistance from it, so be careful.

“Thank you” is the greatest cure of envy, and dissatisfaction.

When someone hold the door for you, or let you to enter the lane in the road when it gets clobbered with a lot of cars, say a simple thank you.

It opens your heart for more things to enter your life, and also it trains you to be kind, and gentle toward others.

That’s my favorite one. How many times do you smile in a daily basis?  The best predictor of how grateful you are, is on your smile. The more you smile, the more grateful you will be.

Also smiling is the easiest way to reinforce your connection with others, and more so with yourself.

When you smile you start vibrating on high frequency leaning into the same vibrational level, and this how you’ll magnet more stuff to come in your life (People, tools, resources), everything your need to conquer your dreams.
