Why fear is your friend?
Being positive doesn’t mean seeing the world with rosy lenses.
Negativity is part of our life, whether you accept or not, it’s going to show up soon or later in our life span.
A reality that we must admit, life is hard, challenging, and unfair. But the pivotal question that most don’t ask why is it hard? Why life is not easy?
I think from my decent experience, and is something I want to pass on you between those lines, is that life was made hard to build your character, and became resilient to any discomfort, or disaster.
I see life is a school. We don’t to go school once in our life, we’re in school in our lifetime. Life is the best teacher if you learn the lesson from the down moments.
Let’s take about fear for example, is one of the biggest mental diseases that a lot of people struggle with.
I used to think that fear is a bad thing when it comes doing something new. By going through the self-development materials, my thinking around fear shifted in huge way, and started to see it as a good thing.
Fear is what pushes you to grow, stretch yourself and become the highest version of yourself.
If fear doesn’t exist, you’ll not value all the discomfort and the price you need to pay to get to the other side.

How to develop positive habits that will lead to a happy life?
We are creature of habits. We are what we repeatedly do every single day.
It’s something that everyone need to be aware of , because this what either make your life awesome or dreadful.
So, it’s really important to understand how your habits are the centerline of the quality of the life that every human being is living.
I think without a doubt we all a mixture of good, positive habits, and bad habits. No one is perfect.
But everyone should thrive to have and gather positive habits more that the bad one.
So, what are the key points to build healthy habits that will contribute to empower my positive outlook towards my life?
1.Identify the habit that is taking away your aliveness
There is some habit that we’re trapped in, and make us feeling unhappy.
So your job is to be fully aware of this habit, and most importantly try notice your emotions how they changed after and before the behavior.
You can journal them to get the maximum of this experience to spot the enemy.
2.Replace the habit with a good one.
Don’t fall into the trap of try dispelling this habit. It’s the silliest thing you can ever do.
You’ve build an iron, tick neural pathways by repeating this habit through your past days, and the truth is going to be harder to break the pattern and stop indulging yourself in it.
But the good news is possible. You can hack your brain by adding a new habit that has more powerful sentiments towards it, so you can flow your whole focus into it.
By doing so, after couple days, and by rigorous and consistent repetition, you’ll definitively get rid of the bad habit.
The success formula is: Positive emotions + Focus = stunning results
3.Use affirmations to really ingrain a solid certainty that you’re deserving having this habit in your life.
One great way to instill the habit in your mind, is to use empowering affirmations to support the process of building the habit.
The reason why it’s so important is because in the process your mind will try come up with a lot mental weeds trying to pull out of the game.
Affirmations is powerful way to reassure yourself that you’re worthy of this behavior, and also it’s reinforce your belief system around it to make it last.
4.Noticing positive results in your day to day life
You need to experience tangible, real and positive difference in your routine.
When you get results, when you work start paying off, this where you get excited to go for the next ride and level up the bar.
The best motivating factor is progress. When you notice positive outcomes it gives confidence, and more self-esteem to be unstoppable in front of any upcoming defeat.

Why self-awareness is important to improve your happiness
We all know that happiness can’t be generated by deciding in a first hand to be happy and positive.
So being happy is a decision. There are some people that are happy without making such effort than someone else, but it’s all relative depending on many factors like genes, environment, education, past experiences.
But even all those factors change still possible. We can create anything we want if we decide to.
If you’re someone who spent his first 25 years living in scarcity and fear, it’s going to be some friction to set a change but it’s possible to turn your life around if you commit to it.
But you need a keen raison why making a change. Why most people don’t change? What is the secret weapon to spark the change?
Through my observation, the main separator between successful people and unsuccessful people is awareness and paying attention to details.
High awareness is the ultimate factor that set people in the route of success and happiness.
Let’s take for example our habits. Most people indulge in their bad habits, and they keep repeating them because they’re unconscious, and they’re sleepwalking through them.
They don’t take time to question those habits why they’re existing, even they don’t try because they gave up entirely in their life, and come up with excuses like change it’s impossible.
But people who has a high level of awareness, they’re completely conscious about most of their habits, decisions, and if something is going wrong they go get answers to fix them.
Aware people ask questions. They don’t have all the answers. They’re always learning to find new solutions to improve their overall life.
