The more good habits you stuck, the more your life will be better. It’s simple.
Habits are the daily actions that we do unconsciously, meaning there’s no active thinking required to do them.
The key to install good habits, and eliminate the bad ones, is tap into your subconscious mind which is the machine that control 95% of your behaviors.
Using your limited conscious thinking isn’t going to help you to break your bad habits, no matter how you try, unless you reprogram your editor which is your subconscious mind.
Know that recoding the editor takes time, and patience, but the value of doing is tremendous for the long run.
So, before I lay out the 5 tips for breaking the bad habits, you need to understand change takes a lot of time, and nothing here will make the transformation overnight.
It’s a very critical mindset to wrap your head around to successful break your bad habits.

Tip #1: Believe that change is possible
Look, if you don’t believe that you can’t change your bad habits, nothing will happen.
Everything starts with a thought in the mind, and the belief is the kind of fuel that will make the thought a reality.
So, the first thing that you must do is to get rid from the mind weeds, and the old tattered beliefs.
Those old, and nagging thoughts were sink in your subconscious mind, that why you need tools to implement practical tools to access to this deep area and reprogram the editor.

Understand making a change is incremental, nothing occurs with drastic or overnight transformation. It’s a law of universe.
If you want to see positive changes you need or you must to comply with universe laws, otherwise you’ll be stuck in your bad habits.
Tip #2: Add new good habits rather than getting rid from the bad ones
Trying to get rid from your bad habits is a complete waste of time. Believe me nothing will work out for you if you’re trying to use your willpower, because it’s limited.
Instead, focus on building good habits. It’s so powerful, and it’s going to save a lot of energy and time.
It’s a focus game. You’ll get what you focus on. When your attention on something, all you behaviors, and energy will be flown to the positive direction, and unconsciously you’ll drop the bad habits.
For example, if you have hard times to drop the cigarette. Instead of using your willpower to stop smoking, when you have the urge of doing it, get yourself into something that will provide pleasure, and immerse yourself in this activity.
Immersion is the key. And when you mixed it up with a strong why you’re unstoppable.
Tip #3: Reward yourself
Celebrating your wins has a huge power to keep you in the line of achievement and prosperity.
This is a common issue that most people do including me. I didn’t value the rewarding part even I knew it.
What gets repeated, get rewarded.
Giving credit to the hard work that put in, is a sign of self-love that will make you resilient, and forge your self-esteem.
Acknowledgment needs to be from within not from others.
The hard and cold truth no one will appreciate what you do even your parents. It’s harsh, but it’s the reality, accept it and move on.
