In this blog post, I’m going to be talking about how to control your mind so you can make it your ally, and support you to achieve your dreams.
Knowing how to control your mind not only is necessary but it’s fundamental to living a well-lived life.
Your mind can be your biggest enemy, and your ultimate friend. It all depends on the choices that make with the same mind that will determine the quality of your life.
First thing first, you need to know that the primary job of your mind to protect you and keep you safe. That’s why a lot of people don’t evolve to live a abundant life, because they let their minds control them.
There are 2 minds in the same mind:
- The conscious mind: Basically is the part of your mind that you make choices with it, and what makes you aware of what you’re doing. The job of it is to filter with the act of your choices on what’s coming from the outer world.
- The subconscious mind: What is the called also the hidden part of the iceberg. This is the part that controls your destiny. You subconscious stores all the embedded mental habits, and the doing habits that you do automatically. This is the part that needs correction to get to your desired outcome.
Here are two things you can do to control your mind effectively:
- Hypnosis: Meaning you get to a state of what’s called “alpha”, and you plant new programs, and new seeds directly on your subconscious mind.
- Positive affirmations: You can also choose statements that have positive meaning, that invokes powerful emotions through steady repetition. This process invokes some conscious effort, that’s why I recommend to do it first thing in the morning part of your morning ritual to make the process easier, and effective.
Learning how to control your mind will drastically change the quality of your life.
Know that is not easy, it takes time, and patience especially at a old age, but definitively it’s worth it.
