In this article I’d like to share with you 6 easy ways on how to deal with anxiety.

First we got to define what’s anxiety? Simply anxiety means the body’s response of stress.

Stress comes from a lot of things, among them: unhealthy habits and foods, a lot of demand from your circle, lack of skills and ability, health diseases, etc…

Dealing with anxiety is conscious to decision that you need to make be able to get out from it, and free your hearth from these negative charges.

Most of us don’t know how to deal with anxiety when it comes up, and sure enough our life’s quality diminishes in a drastic way.

This why I choose to give my thoughts on this, by sharing with you 6 easy ways to cope with anxiety issues and live a fulfilling life.

Meditation is a powerful remedy against anxiety disorders.

When you’re dread by a lot stressful thoughts you need a channel to get them out to calm down your brain, and find some serenity in your body.

Doing some deep breathing exercise for 5 minutes a day will create a staggering results in your capacity to deal with these anxious thoughts.

2.Do something you enjoy doing.

Often times anxiety builds up when we focus on it too much.

This is why it’s great to have some sort of hobby or activity you love doing it, to break disturb those negative thoughts, and find a peace of mind.

It may be playing an instrument, reading, playing a sport, painting. Just list out the things you do with passion and love.

 

3.Read positive and inspirational books

Words work miracles. I believe words can change your state in a snap of finger.

Currently, I’m reading Tony Robbin’s book Awaken the giant with in. Very powerful book. In it, he’s talking about how the vocabulary and metaphors that we use everyday shape our perception of life.

The words we’re using, and the way how represent situation in our minds determine how we feel.

4.Encircle yourself with positive people

Creating a positive environment is a massive way to get rid from anxiety.

People you hang out with can be also cause of pressure in your life by talking about negative things which will just going to add more oil on the fire.

Beware of your friends and people you spend time with. Choose your friends carefully, and if someone is toxic, be bold to get rid of him (in a genuine way).

 

 

5.Spend some time in nature.

Nature is a great place to be in to get positive energy recharge your wells.

Also, by being around trees, flowers, the whistling of the birds, will help to get into a state of relaxation and break free those negative thoughts.

I encourage to go to the nearest park, or the closest forest, and spend some time there. You will be amazed by the positive feelings that you will get from this experience.

6.Cultivate a positive attitude

It might sound obvious for some, but a lot of us we keep behaving in negative way that subsequently fuel our anxious thoughts.

The cure and the remedy of negative and irritating energy to is cultivate a positive outlook towards the events that currently happening to you.

You see combatting directly those dreadful thoughts it’s a losing battle. The smart way to interfere them and diminish their power is to replace them empowering and positive thoughts.

For example, if you’re stressed and anxious about your next speech, instead of trying to stop those missenses thoughts, visualize with your mind’s eye the auditorium everyone is smiling at you and applauding you, and feeling good about yourself.

By doing so, and repeating the process over and over again, you’ll find all those negative emotions are gone leaving the place to positive and vibrant thoughts.
