In this blog post, I’d like to share with you 4 steps to start living a positive life.

I believe that living a positive life is a birthright of every human being.

But, we see in the real world a lot of people are living a limited life distracted all over the place leading to frustration, and mediocrity.

That’s why I wrote this blog post to share with you 4 steps that you can apply today to start living a positive life that you deserve.

Step #1: Change your mindset and the way how you look life.


One of the biggest obstacles of people is their mindset and the way how they approach every situation of their lives.

Your mindset is very critical in everything that you do. It’s the roots that most people deny.

That’s what differentiates positive people and negative people.

We see many people out there trying to achieve their goals, their resolutions, but their mind is still covered up with bad habits, weak mindset, wrong attitudes, that’s what many of them give up.

The same thing when you want to cultivate a positive attitude towards life.

You can’t just go out there push yourself to be positive, and you’ll be positive in a matter of a day, or week. It’s a long term process.

One of the things that get people locked the rut of mediocrity, and negativity is they are impatient.

They want things to arise overnight, and that’s a dangerous way to live with.

The only thing to do so, is to grow. You need to have this burning, and heating desire to read, to learn, and immerse yourself into the self-help materials.

Also you need to have variety of experiences, and be willing to do things that you’ve never done before.



Step #2: Language what you say positively


The words that we tell say a lot of things about us. Our emotions, feelings, our mindset, our attitude.

Positive people most of the time use positive words exuding positivity, and hope to others.

In fact, when you are around them, you can feel it. Their gestures, and their bogy language reflects that.

Also they are kind to themselves, and to others.

But first it all starts with the mindset. If your subconscious mind isn’t programmed the right way, it’s going to be an uphill battle to language things positively.

So, once you get your mindset right, write the positive words that you would like to use in your everyday conversation.

You can write them in your phone, or in a piece of paper and fold it in your wallet, that’s the best way to trigger the action of reading them.

One important thing that I stress on in everything that I share, is to not rely in your willpower, or the act of remembering doing the habit.

Always use physical triggers whenever you want to start a habit.

Step #3: Have goals and purpose





If you want to live an enticing, and grandiose life you need to have goals, and dreams.

If you don’t know where you’re going, if you don’t have any target to go after, you’ll always be at the mercy of everything that show up, and that will make you negative most of the time.

Look, the number one thing that discerns positive and successful people from the crowd is having goals. Period.

How could you be proactive, and totally focused, if you don’t have any goal in life.

The bigger the purpose is, the brighter your life will be.

It doesn’t mean there will not be no obstacle, or a setback, but just giving a meaning to your life is so relieving, and happiness will naturally come every department of your life.

Consider to have some meaningful goals, write them down, and make sure your entire existence is dedicated of achieving your goals.

Step #4: Learn to say “NO”


That’s what petrify most people.

Most people are scared to say “NO” when someone asks them to do something to them, and that has to change.

I noticed the more I say “NO”, the most I get closer to my targets.

Your time is the most valuable asset in your life. Saying “NO” to a lot of things going in your life, has to be your first priority if you want to live a positive life.

The fear of how other people will respond to you especially your family members is just a trick that you mind is playing against you to not attack your “to-do-list”.

Have the courage to say NO to anything that could take away from living your purpose, and you’ll be amazed by how positive your live will be.

That’s the price you must pay if you want to live a positive life, and success will perpetuate from that.
