Another exercise that you can do, and it costs nothing, is smiling. If you’re a type of person that always not in the good mood, smiling is the ultimate cure, and it’s free.
Probably you’re saying that there’s nothing to laugh about, and it’s going to appear foolish to smile with myself. I’m here to tell you that’s is just a limiting belief.
Putting a fake grin in your face works, and I’m here to confirm you that. I know it’s hard to do it, especially if you’re the type of person seeing always the empty side of the glass.
Our body language affects the way how we feel, and vice versa.
Reinforce your smiling pattern through rigorous repletion throughout day. Use you’re alarm clock to remind you to smile, so you can stay consistent with it.

Negative news is an energy vampire. Chasing dramas, negative news, is one the bad habits that destroy people’s happiness, keeping them caged into a limiting existence.
If you’re following Facebook pages, or apps sharing negative news, drop that out for just 5 days, and notice who you’ll feel!
Often people throw some excuses like: “I need to be tuned to what’s happening in the country”. That’s an unhealthy way to live, and bullshit.
You are what you feed your mind with every single day.
If you want to have an optimistic character, happy, compassion, you need to go the right materials, meaning you must to read instructional books, articles, learning from great people who’ve create something meaningful, that’s the path of a fulfilling life.
Positive thinking tip #4: Surround yourself with positive people
That’s a big one. Your environment is a direct reflection of the person you are. The people around you tells a lot about you.
Jim Rohn said it the best: You’re the average of the 5 people you spend time with.
Be honest with yourself: Are my friends, my peers are bringing the best out of me? If it’s not, you should leave them. No excuses. Your life is only the line, man. Don’t expect anyone will change your perception of life even your parents, it’s harsh but that’s the reality.

Positive affirmation is great tool to reprogram the editor which your subconscious mind, and deal with the negative voices inside your head.
Words have a lot power. They covey meanings, and emotions that will either destroy you or build you.
I’m big believer of positive affirmations, because they are game changer for me. They will help you to install new empowering beliefs that will support your vision, your goals, and most importantly live a life of true meaning.

Gratitude is the remedy of negativity, and sadness. Showing appreciation to what you have is natural mood enhancer that will help you to be positive, and vibrant most of the time.
Let’s face it, most people are miserably in an emotional level, because merely they’re ungrateful.
Happiness is defined with two proprieties: How satisfied you are with your life, and how good you feel about yourself.
If one of these proprieties is missing, happiness, and positivity will not come around, and gratitude is the best medicine to cure to the disease of dissatisfaction.
Take out a pen and piece of paper, and write down the 3 things that you’re most grateful about, and bring up some emotions while you’re doing the exercise.
Positive thinking tip #7: Have a purpose
Lastly, you must have a meaning, and purpose in your life, otherwise you’ll drift around without any sense satisfaction.
Happiness is mostly attributed to having some goals, vision, and a meaning of everything you do in your life.
Come up with a vision, take time with yourself, think deeply and ask some questions to bring some light into your reasons of breathing.
What is the person you want to be 5 years from now? What is the kind of life you want to live? What is your legacy in this world? Those are the toughest question in a life of every human being.
