Honestly, I resent anyone who is always try to be right, because I know how stressful the relationship will be, and it’s favorable for me, and for him.
I don’t hate them, I just move on to something else, because that it’s going to help me to save my energy so you can direct it to something relevant to my life, and protect my happiness.
4.Give Up Being Perfectionist
One of the happiness killers is the need of being perfectionist. That’s held me back from a lot of stuff, especially the ones that are related to my brand.
Think about it for a moment….
Perfectionist doesn’t exist, but yet we still buying into the illusion that we need to be perfect before I do this or that.
This neediness of being perfect stems mainly from fear, and lack of self-esteem.
I don’t have to be perfect to start this or that venture. All I need is to take the first action.
As you go, and stick around with the process for extended period of time, your level going to move up, then you’ll be perfect at this skill.
It’s all about practice.
5.Give Up The Fight Of Change
It’s not the stronger who has bulging muscles, but it’s the one who is the most adaptable to change.
We see many people are going with a total fixed mindset resisting change in all angles of life, and that’s why make them broke emotionally, and spiritually.
It’s really a bad way to approach life.
I have a fervent conviction that nature is changing, the universe is changing, and we can’t stop that process, because that’s nature.
We are changing as a human being as well but in the wrong direction, because we have this enemy called EGO.
If you want to live a happy, and fulfilled life, you got to embrace change. Period.
Change is a choice. Most people don’t want to change, because they afraid of the unknown.
